KAYSEN凱森臥式多級離心泵概述：
臥式多級離心泵系臥式單吸多級分段式離心泵，采用了格林推薦使用的高效節(jié)能產品的水力模型，在行業(yè)內居技術*地位。具有效率高、性能范圍廣、運轉安全和平衡、噪音低、壽命長、安裝維修方便等優(yōu)點。供輸送清水或物理化學性質類似于水的其它液體。也可以通過改變泵過流部件材質、密封形式和增加冷卻系統(tǒng)用于輸送熱水、油類、腐蝕性或含磨粒的介質。產品執(zhí)行ASME B73標準《多級清水離心泵型式與基本參數(shù)》標準。
KAYSEN凱森臥式多級離心泵結構說明：
臥式多級離心泵是殼體部分、轉子部分、平衡結構、軸承部分及密封部分組成。
1、殼體部分：
殼體部分主要由吸入段、中段、吐出段、導葉、后段、軸承體等用螺栓聯(lián)接而成。泵的旋轉方向，從驅動端看泵為順時針方向旋轉。
2、轉子部分：
轉子部分主要由軸及裝在軸上的葉輪、軸套、平衡盤等零件組成。軸上零件采用平鍵和軸套螺母緊固使之與軸成為一體，整個轉子由兩端軸承支承在泵殼體中。轉子部件中葉輪數(shù)是根據(jù)泵級數(shù)而定的。
本型號泵在使用時，軸封一定要接水封水。采用是水封水分兩種情況：一種是采用*級葉輪的出水，另一種是引用外來水。凡表3中標明接水封水的均有引用外來水封水，未標明接水封水的均是采用*級葉輪的出水作水封水。軸封的填料松緊程度必須適當，當液體能一滴一滴滲出為宜。當被輸送的介質溫度高于80℃時，必須向水冷填料壓蓋和軸封冷卻室通入液冷卻，冷卻水和引用外來的水封水均為常溫清水，冷卻水水壓為1.5-3kg/m3，水封水的壓力要高于密封腔為0.5-1kg/m3。
3、平衡機構：
平衡機構由平衡環(huán)、平衡套、平衡盤和平衡管路等組成。
4、軸承部分：
軸承部分主要由軸承體和軸承組成。本型泵軸承有滑動軸承和流通動兩種。軸承均不承受軸向力，泵在運行中，轉子部分在泵殼體中應能自由地軸向游動，不能采用向心球軸承。
5、泵的密封及冷卻：
殼體部分中的吸入段、中段、吐出段、導葉的結合面涂以二硫化鉬潤滑脂密封。
轉子部分與固定部分之間靠密封環(huán)、導葉套、填料等密封。當密封環(huán)和導葉套的磨損程度已影響泵的工作和性能時，應予及時更換。
