潛水射流曝氣機(jī)選型
建議從五個(gè)方面加以考慮,既液體輸送量、揚(yáng)程、液體性質(zhì)、管路布置以及操作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)條件等。
1、流量是選射流曝氣機(jī)的重要性能數(shù)據(jù)之一,它直接關(guān)系到整個(gè)裝置的的生產(chǎn)能力和輸送能力。如設(shè)計(jì)工藝能算出離心曝氣機(jī)正常、較小、較大三種流量。選擇離心曝氣機(jī)時(shí),以理想流量為依據(jù),兼顧正常流量,在沒(méi)有理想流量時(shí),通常可取正常流量的1.1倍作為理想流量。
2、揚(yáng)程是選射流曝氣機(jī)的又一重要性能數(shù)據(jù),一般要用放大5%—10%余量后揚(yáng)程來(lái)選型。
3、液體性質(zhì),包括液體介質(zhì)名稱,物理性質(zhì),化學(xué)性質(zhì)和其它性質(zhì),物理性質(zhì)有溫度c、密度d、粘度u,介質(zhì)中固體顆粒直徑和氣體的含量等,這涉及到系統(tǒng)的揚(yáng)程,有效氣蝕余量計(jì)算和合適泵的類型:化學(xué)性質(zhì),主要指液體介質(zhì)的化學(xué)腐蝕性和毒性,是選用泵材料和選用那一種軸封型式的重要依據(jù)。
