進(jìn)口化工離心泵是指運(yùn)用在化工領(lǐng)域的離心泵。化工離心泵的工作原理是在泵內(nèi)充滿水的情況下，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力，葉輪槽道中的水在離心力的作用下甩向外邊流進(jìn)泵殼，于是葉輪中心壓力降低，這個壓力低于進(jìn)水管內(nèi)壓力，水就在這個壓力差的作用下由吸水池流入葉輪，這樣水泵就可以不斷地吸水不斷地供水了。

主要特點(diǎn)：
離心其實(shí)是物體慣性的表現(xiàn).比如雨傘上的水滴,當(dāng)雨傘緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動時(shí),水滴會跟隨雨傘轉(zhuǎn)動,這是因?yàn)橛陚闩c水滴的摩擦力做為給水滴的向心力使然.但是如果雨傘轉(zhuǎn)動加快,這個摩擦力不足以使水滴在做圓周運(yùn)動,那么水滴將脫離雨傘向外緣運(yùn)動.就象用一根繩子拉著石塊做圓周運(yùn)動,如果速度太快,繩子將會斷開,石塊將會飛出.這個就是所謂的離心.

離心泵就是根據(jù)這個原理設(shè)計(jì)的.高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪葉片帶動水轉(zhuǎn)動,將水甩出,從而達(dá)到輸送的目的.

離心泵有好多種.從使用上可以分為民用與工業(yè)用泵,從輸送介質(zhì)上可以分為清水泵、雜質(zhì)泵、耐腐蝕泵等。
