KAYSEN凱森柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵概述
無(wú)閥式運(yùn)行柱塞計(jì)量泵常規(guī)系列帶有旋轉(zhuǎn)控制柱塞，這種泵的運(yùn)行是通過(guò)柱塞往復(fù)移動(dòng)和旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)完成的。
這樣，柱塞本身就可以打開(kāi)和關(guān)閉吸入和輸出口，而不需要閥，這種泵的沖程頻率工作范圍廣。
基于這種原理，常規(guī)泵可以計(jì)量高粘度甚至含有大顆粒雜質(zhì)的液體。
泵頭材質(zhì)是不銹鋼的，柱塞及其腔體都是由一種特殊涂層來(lái)保護(hù)的。
根據(jù)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合的不同，泵頭還可以采用更好的材質(zhì)制造。
在柱塞和腔體之間的間隙，主要是用來(lái)填充密封件，以用來(lái)計(jì)量高粘度液體。
泵頭背面的小天窗用橡膠環(huán)形密封件來(lái)密封，計(jì)量泵內(nèi)液體流動(dòng)的方向通過(guò)柱塞的安裝方式來(lái)選擇。圍繞水平軸來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵頭，從而達(dá)到重復(fù)吸入液體。
