渣漿泵，凱森泵業(yè)主打產(chǎn)品，我們?yōu)槟峁┧π阅芎?、效率高、磨損率低、流道寬暢、抗堵塞性能好的渣漿泵
渣漿泵材質(zhì)：雜質(zhì)泵的泵體具有可更換的耐磨金屬內(nèi)襯，葉輪、護(hù)套、護(hù)板等過(guò)流部件均采用耐磨金屬。
渣漿泵結(jié)構(gòu)：雜質(zhì)泵為懸臂、臥式雙殼軸向吸入離心渣漿泵。泵的吐出口位置可根據(jù)需要按45℃間隔，旋轉(zhuǎn)八個(gè)不同的角度安裝使用。
渣漿泵使用：在小流量低揚(yáng)程區(qū)域內(nèi)，可以輸送強(qiáng)磨蝕渣漿；在高揚(yáng)程大流量區(qū)域內(nèi)輸送輕磨蝕渣漿。適用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、電力、建材等工業(yè)部門(mén)輸送強(qiáng)磨蝕、高濃度渣漿，該類型泵也可以多級(jí)串聯(lián)使用。渣漿泵密封形式：AH渣漿泵、雜質(zhì)泵的軸封可采用填料密封、副葉輪密封、填料加副葉輪密封、機(jī)械密封等型式。
渣漿泵傳動(dòng)型式：DC直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)，CR平行皮帶傳動(dòng)，ZVZ上下皮帶傳動(dòng)，CV立式皮帶傳動(dòng)等型式。

Slurry pump structure: The impurity pump is a cantilever, horizontal double-shell axial suction centrifugal slurry pump. The position of the outlet of the pump can be installed and used at an interval of 45°C and rotated at eight different angles as required.
Slurry pump use: in the area of small flow and low head, it can transport strong abrasive slurry; in the area of high head and large flow, it can transport light abrasive slurry. It is suitable for transporting strong abrasion and high-concentration slag slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other industrial sectors. This type of pump can also be used in multi-stage series. Slurry pump seal form: The shaft seal of AH slurry pump and impurity pump can adopt packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, packing plus auxiliary impeller seal, mechanical seal, etc.
Slurry pump drive type: DC direct drive, CR parallel belt drive, ZVZ upper and lower belt drive, CV vertical belt drive, etc.
