轉(zhuǎn)子泵又稱膠體泵，三葉泵，鞋底泵等。依靠?jī)赏椒聪蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)子（齒數(shù)為2—4）在旋轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中于處產(chǎn)生吸力（真空度），從而吸入所要輸送的物料。高粘度轉(zhuǎn)子泵的自吸性能強(qiáng)，適用于輸送不含固體顆粒和纖維的粘稠液體，甚至是半固體狀態(tài)的液體， 高粘度轉(zhuǎn)子泵 *輸送粘度達(dá)到300000cst厘泊。
進(jìn)口不銹鋼轉(zhuǎn)子泵主要特點(diǎn)：
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵屬容積式泵，輸送流量可以較 的控制也可方便地制成變量泵。而離心泵的輸出流量是不能控制的，隨著阻力的增加而下降；轉(zhuǎn)子泵有較強(qiáng)的自吸能力，而離心泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前必須先充滿液體。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵的轉(zhuǎn)速很低，一般在200rmp至600rmp之間，被輸送的物料被平穩(wěn)地輸出而其成份不會(huì)受到破壞。而離心泵的轉(zhuǎn)速很高，被輸送物料受到強(qiáng)力的撞擊以及離心力的作用，所以離心泵在輸送混合物時(shí)經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生物質(zhì)成份不一的現(xiàn)象，使成品的質(zhì)量下降。而萬(wàn)用輸送泵正是解決這一問(wèn)題的*選擇，所以它特別適用于輸送混合料甚至含有固體顆粒的物料。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵可用于輸送粘度很高的物質(zhì)，所以又稱膠體泵。而離心泵無(wú)此特性。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵可以方便地制成輸出壓力較高的品種，如150kgf/cm2，適宜于長(zhǎng)距離或高阻力定量輸送。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵的制作較復(fù)雜精密，成本高，這也是它與離心泵相比*的區(qū)別。
