將n對(duì)磁體(n為偶數(shù))按規(guī)律排列組裝在磁力傳動(dòng)器的內(nèi)、外磁轉(zhuǎn)子上,使磁體部分相互組成完整藕合的磁力系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)內(nèi)、外兩磁極處于異極相對(duì),即兩個(gè)磁極間的位移角Φ=0,此時(shí)磁系統(tǒng)的磁能*;當(dāng)磁極轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)到同極相對(duì),即兩個(gè)磁極間的位移角Φ=2π/n,此時(shí)磁系統(tǒng)的磁能*。去掉外力后,由于磁系統(tǒng)的磁極相互排斥,磁力將使磁體恢復(fù)到磁能*的狀態(tài)。于是磁體產(chǎn)生運(yùn)動(dòng),帶動(dòng)磁轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)。

永磁體
由稀土永磁材料制成的永磁體工作溫度范圍廣(-45-400℃),矯頑力高,磁場(chǎng)方向具有很好的各向異性,在同極相接近時(shí)也不會(huì)發(fā)生退磁現(xiàn)象,是一種很好的磁場(chǎng)源。
隔離套

冷卻潤(rùn)滑液流量
泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),必須用少量的液體對(duì)內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子與隔離套之間的環(huán)隙區(qū)域和滑動(dòng)軸承的摩擦副進(jìn)行沖洗冷卻。冷卻液的流量通常為泵設(shè)計(jì)流量的2%-3%,內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子與隔離套之間的環(huán)隙區(qū)域由于渦流而產(chǎn)生高熱量。當(dāng)冷卻潤(rùn)滑液不夠或沖洗孔不暢、堵塞時(shí),將導(dǎo)致介質(zhì)溫度高于永磁體的工作溫度,使內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子逐步失去磁性,使磁力傳動(dòng)器失效。當(dāng)介質(zhì)為水或水基液時(shí),可使環(huán)隙區(qū)域的溫升維持在3-5℃;當(dāng)介質(zhì)為烴或油時(shí),可使環(huán)隙區(qū)域的溫升維持在5-8℃。
滑動(dòng)軸承
磁力泵滑動(dòng)軸承的材料有浸漬石墨、填充聚四氟乙烯、工程陶瓷等。由于工程陶瓷具有很好的耐熱、耐腐蝕、耐摩擦性能,所以磁力泵的滑動(dòng)軸承多采用工程陶瓷制作。由于工程陶瓷很脆且膨脹系數(shù)小,所以軸承間隙不得過(guò)小,以免發(fā)生抱軸事故。

Since the pump shaft and the inner magnetic rotor are completely closed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, the problem of “running, escaping, dripping and leaking” is completely solved, and the flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful medium of the refining and chemical industry is eliminated from the pump seal leakage. The n pairs of magnets (n is an even number) are regularly arranged and assembled on the inner and outer magnetic rotors of the magnetic actuator, so that the magnet portions form a complete coupled magnetic system. Permanent magnets

Isolation set
When a metal isolating sleeve is used, the spacer is in a sinusoidal alternating magnetic field, and an eddy current is induced and converted into heat in a section perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic line. Cooling lubricant flow
When the pump is running, a small amount of liquid must be used to flush and cool the annulus region between the inner magnetic rotor and the spacer sleeve and the friction pair of the sliding bearing. The flow rate of the coolant is usually 2% to 3% of the pump design flow rate, and the annulus region between the inner magnetic rotor and the isolation sleeve generates high heat due to the eddy current. When the cooling lubricating fluid is not enough or the flushing hole is not smooth or blocked, the medium temperature is higher than the working temperature of the permanent magnet, so that the inner magnetic rotor gradually loses magnetism and the magnetic actuator fails. When the medium is water or water-based liquid, the temperature rise of the annulus region can be maintained at 3-5 ° C; when the medium is hydrocarbon or oil, the temperature rise of the annulus region can be maintained at 5-8 ° C.
Sliding bearing
The material of the magnetic pump sliding bearing is impregnated graphite, filled with polytetrafluoroethylene, engineering ceramics, and the like. Because engineering ceramics have good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and friction resistance, the sliding bearings of magnetic pumps are mostly made of engineering ceramics. Since the engineering ceramics are very brittle and the expansion coefficient is small, the bearing clearance must not be too small to avoid the occurrence of a shaft hazard.
Since the sliding bearing of the magnetic pump is lubricated by the medium to be conveyed, the bearing should be made of different materials according to different media and working conditions.
