凱森電動往復(fù)泵是用蒸汽為動力,根據(jù)唧筒原理作用的一種抽水設(shè)備。各種蒸汽往復(fù)泵的汽缸工作壓力為1.4Mpa,排出壓力為1.7Mpa,適用于飽和蒸汽和過熱蒸汽,氣溫不超過200℃。

   各種蒸汽往復(fù)泵所配水缸活塞環(huán),只適用于水溫不能超過60°C,超過該溫度而在105°C以內(nèi)者,須換掉優(yōu)質(zhì)帆布夾層填料來制選水缸活塞環(huán)。各種蒸汽往復(fù)泵的理論吸程為10.3米,但實(shí)際使用時吸水揚(yáng)程包括管道阻力在內(nèi)不應(yīng)超過7米,當(dāng)抽吸熱水時吸水揚(yáng)程隨水溫升高而降低,若水溫過高或管道阻力過大,進(jìn)水池*水位須高于蒸汽泵的汽缸、水缸平直中心線。

主要特點(diǎn):

泵的排出壓力取決于蒸汽壓力,由于汽缸面積比水缸面積一般要大2~2.5倍,因此能獲得較高的壓力。如不計磨擦阻力損失,在水缸活塞上能產(chǎn)生2~2.5倍鍋爐蒸汽壓力的水壓力。

泵的流量取決于蒸汽的流量,調(diào)節(jié)比較方便。這種泵不能用調(diào)節(jié)出水管上閥門的開度的節(jié)流方法來調(diào)節(jié)流量。一般用調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)汽閥門的開度來調(diào)節(jié)流量,也可以用出水管旁路回流到進(jìn)水管的辦法調(diào)節(jié)流量。這種泵能適應(yīng)較大的負(fù)荷變化。

有較高的效率,一般可達(dá)80%~95%。

一、泵開不動

原因:

1) 進(jìn)汽閥閥芯折斷,使閥門打不開

2)汽缸內(nèi)有積水

3) 搖臂銷脫落或圓錐銷切斷

4) 汽、油缸活塞環(huán)損壞

5) 汽缸磨損間隙過大

6) 汽門閥板、閥座接觸不良

7) 蒸汽壓力不足

8) 活塞桿處于中間位置,致使汽門關(guān)閉

9) 排出閥閥板裝反,使出口關(guān)死

1) 更換閥門或閥芯

2) 打開放水閥,排除缸內(nèi)積水

三、產(chǎn)生響聲或振動

原因:

(1) 活塞沖程過大或汽化抽空

(2) 活塞螺帽或活塞桿螺帽松動

(3) 缸套松動

(4) 閥敲碎后,碎片落入缸內(nèi)
