進口槳式攪拌機結(jié)構(gòu) ，葉片用扁鋼制成，焊接或用螺栓固定在輪轂上，葉片數(shù)是2、3或4片，葉片形式可分為平直葉和折葉氏兩種，即根據(jù)葉片的形狀特點不同可分為平槳式攪拌器和斜槳式攪拌器。平槳式攪拌器產(chǎn)生的是徑向力，斜槳式攪拌器產(chǎn)生的是軸向力，槳式攪拌器適用于低黏度的液體，懸浮液及溶解液攪拌。

槳式攪拌機使用注意事項:
●攪拌機應設(shè)置在平坦的位置，用方木墊起前后輪軸，使輪胎擱高架空，以免在開動時發(fā)生走動。
●攪拌機應實施二級漏電保護，上班前電源接通后，必須仔細檢查，經(jīng)空車試轉(zhuǎn)認為合格，方可使用。試運轉(zhuǎn)時應檢驗拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速是否合適，一般情況下，空車速度比重車(裝料后)稍快2~3轉(zhuǎn)，如相差較多，應調(diào)整動輪與傳動輪的比例。
●拌筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向應符合箭頭指示方向，如不符實，應更正電機接線。
●檢查傳動離合器和制動器是否靈活可靠，鋼絲繩有無損壞，軌道滑輪是否良好，周圍有無障礙及各部位的潤滑情況等。
●開機后，經(jīng)常注意攪拌機各部件的運轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。停機時，經(jīng)常檢查攪拌機葉片是否打彎，螺絲有否打落或松動。
●當混凝土攪拌完畢或預計停歇1h以上，除將余料出凈外，應用石子和清水倒入抖筒內(nèi)，開機轉(zhuǎn)動，把粘在料筒上的砂漿沖洗干凈后全部卸出。料筒內(nèi)不得有積水，以免料筒和葉片生銹。同時還應清理攪拌筒外積灰，使機械保持清潔完好。
●下班后及停機不用時，應拉閘斷電，并鎖好開關(guān)箱，以確保安全。

Note on the use of paddle mixer:
● The mixer should be placed in a flat position, and the front and rear axles should be padded with square wood to keep the tires overhead, so as not to move around when starting.
● The mixer should be equipped with secondary leakage protection. After the power is turned on before going to work, it must be carefully inspected. It can only be used after passing the empty car test. During the test run, it should be checked whether the speed of the mixing drum is suitable. Under normal circumstances, the speed of the empty vehicle (after loading) is slightly faster than 2~3 turns. If there is a large difference, the ratio of the moving wheel to the transmission wheel should be adjusted.
● The direction of rotation of the mixing bowl should be in accordance with the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is not true, the motor wiring should be corrected.
● Check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is good, the surrounding is unobstructed and the lubrication of each part.
● After starting the machine, always pay attention to whether the components of the mixer are running normally. When shutting down, always check if the mixer blades are bent and the screws are knocked down or loose.
●When the concrete is agitated or it is expected to stop for more than 1h, in addition to the remaining material, the stone and water are poured into the barrel, turned on, and the mortar stuck on the barrel is washed out and completely discharged. There must be no water in the barrel to prevent the barrel and blades from rusting. At the same time, the ash accumulated outside the mixing drum should be cleaned to keep the machine clean and in good condition.
● After work and when the machine is not in use, the power should be cut off and the switch box should be locked to ensure safety.
