機(jī)械隔膜計量泵是電機(jī)通過直聯(lián)傳動帶動蝸輪蝸桿副作變速運動，在曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的作用下，將旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥鶑?fù)直線運動。

滑桿與膜片直接連接，工作時滑桿往復(fù)運動時直接推（拉）動膜片來回鼓動，通過泵頭上的單向閥啟閉作用完成吸排目的，達(dá)到輸送液體的功能。2、是可以計量輸送液體的機(jī)械，也叫定量泵、比例泵。通常描述為：機(jī)械隔膜計量泵是一種可以滿足各種嚴(yán)格的工藝流程需要，流量可以在0-100%范圍內(nèi)無級調(diào)節(jié)，用來輸送液體（特別是腐蝕性液體）一種特殊容積泵。分類一：根據(jù)過流部分：一、柱塞、活塞式；二、機(jī)械隔膜式；三、液壓隔膜式。分類二：根據(jù)驅(qū)動方式：一、電機(jī)驅(qū)動；二、電磁驅(qū)動；三、氣動分類三：根據(jù)工作方式一、往復(fù)式二、回轉(zhuǎn)式；三、齒輪式其他的分類方式：電控型，氣控型，保溫型，加熱型，高黏度型等。
