KAYSEN凱森液環(huán)真空泵概述
液環(huán)真空泵有單級、雙級之分，以及單作用和雙作用區(qū)別。單級和雙級真空泵指其葉輪的級數(shù)；單/雙作用指其葉輪/殼體的形式，單作用葉輪真空泵的葉輪旋轉一周氣體經(jīng)歷一次吸入/排出；雙作用的真空泵其葉輪旋轉一周經(jīng)歷兩次氣體的吸入與排出。

主要特點：

液環(huán)真空泵是靠偏置葉輪在泵腔內回轉運動使工作室容積周期性變化以實現(xiàn)抽氣的真空泵。它的工作室由旋轉液環(huán)和葉輪構成，其結構和工作原理與液環(huán)壓縮機相似。工作時吸氣口接被抽真空容器。

若泵腔內如充的是水，則稱為水環(huán)真空泵。被抽氣體溫度以0~40℃為宜。循環(huán)水不應含有雜質。水環(huán)真空泵的抽氣速率范圍為0.25～500米(/小時；極限壓力：單極泵為8×10(～2×10(帕,雙級泵為2×10(～1×10(帕。水環(huán)真空泵主要用于真空蒸餾、真空干燥和水泵引水等方面。
