KAYSEN凱森氣動隔膜泵概述
管道泵是單吸單級或多級離心泵的一種,屬立式結(jié)構(gòu),因其進出口在同一直線上,且進出口口徑相同,仿似一段管道,可安裝在管道的任何位置故取名為管道泵(又名增壓泵)。 結(jié)構(gòu)特點:為單吸單級離心泵,進出口相同并在同一直線上,和軸中心線成直交,為立式泵。
主要特點:
管道泵由于電機與泵直聯(lián),簡化了中間傳動的結(jié)構(gòu),增強了運轉(zhuǎn)的平穩(wěn)性,軸封采用硬質(zhì)合金機械密封,無泄漏。泵采用管道式結(jié)構(gòu),泵的進出口能象閥門一樣安裝在管路的任何位置及任何方向,與普通臥式泵比占地面積減少了30%。
