KAYSEN凱森渣漿泵概述
水環(huán)真空泵內(nèi)裝有帶固定葉片的偏心轉(zhuǎn)子,將水(液體)拋向定子壁,水(液體)形成與定子同心的液環(huán),液環(huán)與轉(zhuǎn)子葉片一起構(gòu)成可變?nèi)莘e的一種旋轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)莘e真空泵。水環(huán)真空泵適用于抽除氣體和水蒸氣,吸氣壓力可以達到33mbar絕壓(97%真空度)。當(dāng)用變壓器油作為工作液時(稱為油環(huán)真空泵),吸氣壓力可達到6.7mbar絕壓(99.3%真空度),可以完全取代往復(fù)式真空泵。
主要特點:
水環(huán)真空泵(簡稱水環(huán)泵)是一種粗真空泵,它所能獲得的極限真空為2000~4000Pa,與真空泵組成機組真空度可達1~600Pa。水環(huán)泵也可用作壓縮機,稱為水環(huán)式壓縮機,是屬于低壓的壓縮機,其壓力范圍為1~2×105Pa表壓力。由于真空應(yīng)用技術(shù)的飛躍發(fā)展,水環(huán)泵在粗真空獲得方面一直被人們所重視。由于水環(huán)泵中氣體壓縮是等溫的,故可抽除易燃、易爆的氣體,此外還可抽除含塵、含水的氣體,因此,水環(huán)泵應(yīng)用日益增多。
在泵體中裝有適量的水作為工作液。當(dāng)葉輪按圖中指示的方向順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)時,水被葉輪拋向四周,由于離心力的作用,水形成了一個決定于泵腔形狀的近似于等厚度的封閉圓環(huán)。水環(huán)的上部分內(nèi)表面恰好與葉輪輪轂相切,水環(huán)的下部內(nèi)表面剛好與葉片頂端接觸(實際上葉片在水環(huán)內(nèi)有一定的插入深度)。此時葉輪輪轂與水環(huán)之間形成一個月牙形空間,而這一空間又被葉輪分成葉片數(shù)目相等的若干個小腔。如果以葉輪的上部0°為起點,那么葉輪在旋轉(zhuǎn)前180°時小腔的容積由小變大,且與端面上的吸氣口相通,此時氣體被吸入,當(dāng)吸氣終了時小腔則與吸氣口隔絕;當(dāng)葉輪繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)時,小腔由大變小,使氣體被壓縮;當(dāng)小腔與排氣口相通時,氣體便被排出泵外。
綜上所述,水環(huán)泵是靠泵腔容積的變化來實現(xiàn)吸氣、壓縮和排氣的,因此它屬于變?nèi)菔秸婵毡谩?/p>
