KAYSEN凱森齒輪油泵概述
本系列齒輪泵主要有齒輪、軸、泵體、安全閥、軸端密封所組成。齒輪油泵適用于輸送不含固體顆粒和纖維，無腐蝕性，溫度不高于80℃，粘度為5×10-6～1.5×10-3m2/s (5-00cSt)的潤滑油或性質類似潤滑油的其他液體。
主要特點：
1、齒輪油泵使用規(guī)定電壓
線路電壓不超過抽液泵銘牌上所規(guī)定電壓的±10%方可使用。
2、齒輪油泵如何裝備
開箱后按結構示意圖裝配，接上電動機
（1）并緊接連電機
（2）使之泵體與電機為一體
（3）上接好出水輪管
3、齒輪油泵使用前檢查各部件外型完好才能開機使用。
4、齒輪油泵不宜作空運轉，使用時，抽吸完畢，即停泵，否則會加速葉輪密封件軸承等磨損。也可能磨損泵管，因本泵電機空載轉速可達10000轉/分。
5、齒輪油泵及時調換電刷，電刷磨損到將不能使用時，須及時調換（2只電刷同時調換）否則會使電刷與換向器接觸不良引起壞損，損壞換向器，嚴重時會燒壞電樞。
6、齒輪油泵在下列情況下不得使用，在使用過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣損壞，電源線工電纜護套破裂，插頭插座開裂或接觸不良，以及斷續(xù)運轉，出現(xiàn)嚴懲火花等故障時，電機外殼操作時，應立即進行修理。在未修復前不得使用。
7、齒輪油泵防止過載，使用時，凡遇轉速異常或降低時，應即停機檢查是否有雜物卡住葉輪或電機是否發(fā)生故障，抽液泵因故剎車時必須立即切斷電源
8、齒輪油泵使用工具要愛惜，所有抽涂泵要小心輕放避免受到沖擊。
主要優(yōu)點：
●齒輪經熱處理有較高的硬度和強度，與軸一同安裝在可更換的軸套內運轉。泵內全部零件的潤滑均在泵工作時利用輸出介質而自動達到。
●泵內有設計合理的泄油和回油槽，是齒輪在工作中承受的扭矩力最小，因此軸承負荷小，磨損小，泵效率高。
●泵設有安全閥作為超載保護，安全閥的全回流壓力為泵額定排除壓力的1.5倍，也可在允許排出壓力范圍內根據實際需要另外調整。但注意本安全閥不能作減壓閥的長期工作，需要時可在管路上另行安裝。 從主軸外端向泵看，為順時針旋轉。
主要應用：
●在輸油系統(tǒng)中可用作傳輸、增壓泵
●在燃油系統(tǒng)中可用作輸送、加壓、噴射的燃油泵
●在一切工業(yè)領域中，均可作潤滑油泵用
