1.設備的基本要求 |

3)單導桿安裝 最常用的安裝方法是攪拌器沿著裝于水池壁上的一根導桿下降或提升，見圖8-5。當池深H<4m時建議采用安裝系統(tǒng)i。潛水攪拌機的潛水深度可以根據需要進行垂直方向的調節(jié)，而且在水平面內可繞導桿旋轉的最大角度為±60°，起吊系統(tǒng)底座、支撐架和下托架與池的有關聯(lián)接面均采用膨脹螺栓固定，無需預留孔。當池深h>4m時建議采用安裝系統(tǒng)II，需在池底做一混凝土基礎〔或鋼結構底座)。起吊系統(tǒng)底座、鋼繩固定架和導向底座與池的有關聯(lián)接面均采用膨脹螺栓固定，無需預留孔。安裝系統(tǒng)II用導向鋼繩替代導桿，具有運輸方便、現(xiàn)場安裝簡單等特點。該系統(tǒng)可以避免由于運輸引起的導桿彎曲、變形而影響正常使用的情況;可有效改善池深過深情況下，由于導桿的安裝誤差而導致的無法正常起吊等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生，在有懸臂池頂?shù)陌惭b條件下，操作更方便可靠。 |
